ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY – B.S. IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Bill is a second-generation contractor starting in the trades in 1990. Bill’s career with EPI began in 1998. His experience includes multi-family residential, medical office, hospital, commercial, light industrial, institutional, food processing, fitness such as Cycling Studios for SoulCycle in Beverly Hills, Palo Alto, and Malibu, and retail and tenant improvement projects.

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA AT LOS ANGELES – BACHELOR OF ARTS

Gary is a third-generation general contractor who started in the trades as a finish carpenter. He has been affiliated with EPI for over thirty (30) years. He holds licenses as a building, electrical and plumbing contractor. His thirty-five (35) years of construction experience includes large commercial, industrial, private institutional and hotel projects. At EPI, he applies his expertise to administration, business development and quality control.

John has been working for EPI since 1985.  His wide range of experience includes multiple projects for elite fitness clubs, notable private education facilities, heavy industrial, commercial, and tenant improvement projects.
