Scope Of Work
new Hubbard Center for Children doubles programmable space Children’s Hospital & Medical Center, expanding Emergency Department, Surgery Suite, HEMONC, PICU, NICU, Central Sterile Radiology . Hubbard Center for Children also provides a new dining cafeteria for entire campus, meeting space for learning continuing education, chapel space, a patient check-in/check-out, outdoor gardens, solarium – all designed to enhance healing environment at Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
new hospital tower consists a 427,000 SF, nine-story structural steel frame concrete slabs on metal deck with a unitized curtainwall envelope that ties into existing hospital specialty pediatric clinic on seven floors. also includes 55,000 SF renovation to existing hospital , adding an operating room, expanding emergency department lobby waiting , updating existing patient check-in, expanding pharmacy.
