Scope Of Work
As part Colorado School Mines four-phase West Student Life Quadrant Master Plan, this created 700 new student beds. Situated at main pedestrian entry to campus, mixed-use, Phase I, five-story residence hall dining a major full block campus quadrangle extending historic pedestrian mall through campus.
Along this path, these buildings house 207 new student beds a new 600-seat dining hall, which includes a private dining room for special events faculty meetings, as well as an outdoor terrace for student dining. From main level University’s housing dining offices, residence hall commons, dining hall pavilion, grab--go are visible accessible to growing population on campus.
