Scope Of Work
KISCO Living’s first assisted living community in fast-growing city Kapolei features a memory care to treat their Alzheimer’s patients. Located directly across from the Kapolei Regional Park, Ilima at Leihano Assisted Living Memory Care is near shopping, restaurants, transit hubs, as well as Kapolei public library.
sits on four acres, comprised a three-story wood framed with 84 units totaling 43,000 SF living space. Special attention was paid to acoustic separation between adjacent units through acoustic walls floor assemblies. Units are studios one-or two-bedrooms, with kitchenettes, lanais, spacious living – all designed with signature plantation style architecture Kapolei. There are two dining rooms, several common living , a memory garden, fitness center a design-build pool. environment is designed to adapt to various needs lifestyle choices, along with flexible living options.
