Scope Of Work
Colorado State University’s Parmelee Braiden Residence Halls consisted 141,120 SF renovation 60,000 SF addition for a total 1,176 beds. Kiewit added a fourth floor to residence hall wing, built new residential support spaces, renovated interiors existing floors installed new exterior finishes, insulation windows, all while residence halls were partially occupied. Two residence hall wing additions were built, enclosed dry during each 90-day academic summer break period.
