Scope Of Work
Starwood Hotel is a four-star, 426-room, “W” hotel downtown Seattle. W-Seattle includes a fine dining restaurant, nine meeting rooms, a 4,500 SF ballroom, three levels indoor parking. From base to pinnacle, sits 390 feet high, while exterior features a combination colored, precast-concrete panels a glazed-glass, curtainwall system.
