Scope Of Work

Kiewit provided enabling   for  Denver International Airport new Hotel  Transit Program, which features a new train station for commuter rail lines  a new high rise, 500-room hotel.   consisted     for  following: 1,200,000 yards  excavation, extensive utility relocations, multiple bridge demolitions, roadway relocation, temporary   tenant improvements   relocation   main roof anchor system.

Surrounded by  daily activity   nation’s fifth-busiest airport, Kiewit managed  extensive utility relocation  many primary feeds to  entire airport.  vast array  utilities  sequencing  adjacent  created an elaborate phasing scheme to minimize any impact to    DIA.
