Scope Of Work
Nebraska Medicine moved forward with a long-overdue renovation Orange Parking Structure (Lot 01) hospital front entrance. renovation included a three-level parking structure, a drive-up patient valet entrance; a helipad; doctor parking at grade level; a waterproofed plaza system.
Before renovation could start, a new access entrance to parking deck had to be constructed, flow traffic re-mapped. While plaza system was replaced at main entry, a temporary patient drop-off canopy was erected side emergency door was used as entry. To further accommodate the needs patients , a significant amount was performed during off- hours, major demolition parking garage occurred at specified times.
scope included replacement expansion joints, post-tension cable repairs, masonry repairs, application traffic coatings, application penetrating sealer, painting interior ceiling surfaces.
