Scope Of Work
SCL Community Hospital consisted new four community hospitals located Westminster, Aurora, Littleton, Northglenn. Three four facilities are two level, 40,000 SF buildings, while fourth is three levels 60,000 SF. Each includes 31 short-stay beds, eight exam rooms, two labor delivery suites, two operating rooms, five post-acute care units, two pre-operational rooms.
These facilities are hospitals with inpatient capabilities. buildings include an imaging department with CT x-ray facilities on first level. emergency, labor delivery, postpartum recovery, medical-surgery departments are also located on first level. Level two includes a surgery suite on approximately half floor plate, with unfinished medical shell space on second half.
