Scope Of Work
The Consolidated Troop Medical Clinic project, built for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, included the new construction of a three-story, 144,00 square foot military medical clinic located on Fort Bliss, TX. The facility serves as an out-patient clinic providing primary care, pediatric, aviation medicine, physical exams, physical therapy, optometry, preventative maintenance, mental health services, pharmacy, laboratory diagnostics, and radiology services. The clinic was constructed utilizing tilt-up concrete panels, high impact exterior insulation and finish system, and a thermoplastic polyolefin roof. The project also features administrative offices and medical records storage. This project achieved LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for sustainability and energy efficiency. The Consolidated Troop Medical Clinic project now stands as the largest free-standing medical clinic occupied by the U.S. Army.
