Scope Of Work
The Crystal Riviyera Apartments project, built for 3801 Crystal Lake, LLC., included the new construction of a five-story, 162,920 square foot multifamily apartment building located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The facility houses 117 one, two, and three-bedroom suites. The apartment building was constructed on an auger pile and grade beam foundation with a structural frame of concrete masonry unit block, precast concrete, and trusses. An exterior of stucco walls, fat deck, and wood truss roof system with a built-up roof over lightweight insulating concrete and tile completed the construction. The project also features nine foot ceilings, a central community room, private balconies, clubhouse, enclosed garages, fitness center, offices for sales and administrative staff, and a lakeside swimming pool with sundeck. The Crystal Riviyera Apartments now provides a luxurious residential community on Sailboat Lake.
