Scope Of Work
The Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation project, completed for Sarasota Senior Living, involved the new construction of a two-story, 82,000 square foot skilled nursing facility located in Sarasota, FL. The facility houses 80 units with 120 beds split into four residential living pods arranged around an enclosed central courtyard. The skilled nursing facility was constructed of a hollow-core concrete plank foundation, masonry and steel structural frame, and a single-ply roof. The project also features a large movie theater, bistro, and plush living quarters. Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation now provides a unique healthcare facility for members of the community.
