Scope Of Work
The Oakwood Apartments project, built for Oakwood Apartments, LLC, included the new construction of a two-story, 152,330 square foot residential housing complex located in Sarasota, FL. The multifamily complex houses 11 buildings and 144 apartment units. The project was constructed using post-tensioning slab-on-grade concrete foundation and a wood structural frame. A siding exterior and asphalt shingle roof completed the construction. The project also features tile floors, wood cabinets, polished nickel hardware, and washer/dryer connections as well as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, business center, wheelchair accessible rooms, patios, storage areas, gourmet kitchens, and fireplaces. The Oakwood Apartments offers convenience and access to the community of Sarasota and surrounding areas.
