Scope Of Work
The Ranch Lake Apartments project, built for the Residences of Riverclub, LLC., included the new construction of a three-story, 175,445 square foot multifamily apartment complex located in Bradenton, FL. The facility houses 14 buildings and 336 apartment units. The multiple family apartment complex was constructed on a slab-on-grade concrete foundation with a wood structural frame. A Hardie Plank board siding exterior and asphalt shingle roof completed the construction. The project also features 25 detached five-bay vehicle garages, a clubhouse, pool, tennis and basketball courts, and putting green as well as a maintenance building and compactor enclosure for onsite trash management and increased energy efficiency. The Ranch Lake Apartments provides a state-of-the-art luxurious living option for the community of Lakewood Ranch.
