Scope Of Work
It includes 180 student residences. This CMAR project represented a “mission critical” summer project for the University and includes student residences, administrative offices, and student community spaces.
Work covered the installation of a new upgraded wet fire sprinkler system and related fire alarm work as well as new finishes, ADA accessibility compliance, and elevator upgrades. Exterior concrete fins were restored to their original design intent, the entire building was repainted and new interior and exterior railings were provided at all balconies.
