Scope Of Work
• 7,500 SF corporate office, 4,200 SF commercial kitchen interior tenant improvement
• Full demo of over 10,000 SF of existing office space to cold shell for renovation
• Kitchen included 35’ long cook line, two 160 cu. ft. Baxter ovens, 300 SF scullery, 40 SF enclosed stainless steel wash area, and a 500 SF walk-in freezer & cooler
• Upgrade bldg to new LED lighting to comply with current Title 24 code requirements
