J&J Construction Specialists, Inc. is an award winning, family owned and operated designer/builder with two generations of experience. Jack Motley and Jay Motley (Father and Son) started the company with more than 50 years experience.

J&J Construction employs all of its own skilled carpenters, uses local subcontractors for other trades, and is proud of its very low employee and subcontractor turn over.

J&J has kept a steady flow of projects since its inception, with a steady growth in sales each year. We have built a strong customer base, as is evidence in having over 90% of our business being generated from customer referrals.
