Scope Of Work
The OR Suites Renovation and Addition Project at the Memphis VA was a modernization and expansion project done in 6 phases at the VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN. Harbor Services recently completed this project. Multiple changes occurred and the final value of this project exceeded $9 Million.
This state of the art project included 2 – 1 story additions on top of the existing hospital to add Administration Offices, a Mechanical/Interstitial building, and renovation of the exiting Operating Room Suites. New areas included creating office administration workspaces, conference rooms and bathrooms along with a complete renovation of the Operating Rooms. New Endo Hybrid, Cysto, Eye, Cardiac, and Neuro Operating rooms were created along with all associated finishes and utilities. This project was a major improvement to the Memphis VA Operating Suites and provided a top of the line surgical facility for Veterans at the Memphis VA.
