Scope Of Work
Montgomery Knolls Elementary School project for Montgomery County Public Schools. This is a 40,000 square foot addition and 29,000 square foot renovation to the existing school. The contract includes extensive site development and storm water management systems. The school has remained open and occupied throughout the construction.
