Scope Of Work
The Takoma Park Elementary School Addition and Renovation project for the Montgomery County Public School system included the removal of an existing 11,000 square foot section of the existing facility, the renovation of 11,000 square feet of the existing facility, and a 35,000 square foot addition. The scope of work included classrooms, administration areas, daycare facility, renovation to existing library, a bus loop to separate bus traffic from car traffic, reconfigured parking areas, and extensive storm water management and utility upgrades.
