Scope Of Work
This project revolved around the restoration work of the masonry facade. In conjunction with repointing and rebuilding of the masonry, the project also had the full replacement of the rubber roofing system. The interior of the building was renovated and included a new kitchen and bathroom facilities. New windows were installed and a new concrete apron was poured to complete the renovations.
