Scope Of Work
This project was a unique situation due to the condition of the existing foundation and structure.
Project scope included underpinning of existing building and raising the structure to allow for the old stone foundation to be removed and new concrete foundations to be poured. Extensive site work, utilities, structural concrete and framing. New stairwell and elevator shaft, new interior walls, finishes and improvements. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, along with a new slate roofing system. New paving, landscaping and exterior improvements.
