Scope Of Work
High Construction was selected as the design-builder for the 43,000-square-foot headquarters building for American Home Bank. The facility features red split-face block and Exterior Insulating Finish System (EIFS), an exterior wall cladding that resembles stucco. Highlighting the entrance is a curved metal canopy with exposed steel. The executive area of the building includes stained wood door frames and textured painted walls, a tray ceiling with accent lighting in the board room, and a full kitchen. The building features open office areas, and perimeter offices, multiple copier/coffee stations, a fitness center, a lunch room with vending, and a patio area.
