Scope Of Work
Summit Design and Engineering Services, PLLC was selected as the Engineer/Architect of record for the State Employees' Credit Union. Summit is developing three (3) new prototype designs for branches throughout . These buildings range in size from 6,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Summit is providing a full array of services including land development, architecture, structural and geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and contract administration. There are presently 40 projects in various stages of design and construction from New Bern to Statesville.
