Scope Of Work
Completed in 2011, the Indiana Spine Group is a three story, 60, 225 sf, medical office building located in Carmel, IN. The first floor includes an ambulatory surgery center consisting of three “Class C” operating rooms, two minimally invasive procedure rooms, thirteen recovery rooms, and an Imaging Center that includes MRI and CT scanning. The second floor includes sixteen patient examination rooms, x-ray and fluoroscopy rooms, physical therapy and physician and staff offices. The third floor houses the Medical Academic Center which includes a large tiered auditorium capable of seating 68 people, a state-of-the-art bio-skills training laboratory to provide a national resource for physician hands-on medical procedure training, research offices, medical records, and administrative offices.
