Scope Of Work
Scheduled for completion in August of 2021, this 210 bed, 57,000 square foot Residence Hall will be the newest residence facility on Marian University’s growing campus with a community kitchen and commons area for student activities.
Caito-Wagner Hall will also house Saint Joseph Chapel to include a bell tower dedicated to the Sister of Saint Francis, Oldenburg, Ind. – Marian’s founder and sponsor – that will be the highest point of elevation on campus. The grounds will feature a garden and reflection area.
