Scope Of Work
Completed in 1983 and 1986, this 18-story and 22-story granite and glass commercial office building complex contains 677,000 square foot of Class A office space and an underground parking garage containing 518 parking spaces. CHALLENGES To construct a high-rise office building in multiple phases on a tight urban site with existing adjacent structures. Excavating and constructing around the main telephone service cables from the Indiana Bell building serving the entire state of Indiana. To complete the South tower prior to the real estate tax code revisions in 1986.
