Scope Of Work
This state-of-the-art two-story, 43,282 square foot medical office building offers primary care, imaging, infusion and physical therapy services. In addition, Community MedCheck provides urgent care, as well as occupational health services for local residents and employers. A community room is dedicated to patient education and health related events. The building serves as the residency training facility for osteopathic residents from Marian University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and other osteopathic medical schools across the United States. CITY OF SPEEDWAY Browning worked with the Speedway Redevelopment Commission, Westview Hospital and Community Health Network to bring this opportunity to the Town of Speedway. CHALLENGES Re-Development of an industrial lot and coordination with municipal road improvements.
