Completed in 2009, this 380,000 square foot bulk distribution facility is equipped with the following modern logistics and warehouse technologies: CHALLENGES To construct a build-to-suit facility during a period of extreme construction cost volatility and economic uncertainty on an aggressive schedule to meet the customer’s seasonal distribution needs. ROLE Owner, Developer, and Construction Manager at-risk ACCOMPLISHMENTS Successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
