Scope Of Work
Completed in 2011, this $2.3M, 11,000 square foot bank facility is Lake City Bank’s first branch bank located in the Indianapolis market. The LEED Silver certified one story brick building features a centrally located two story glass rotunda that provides access to either the private banking center or the commercial lending department. The facility includes twelve executive offices, private banking teller functions, commercial lending, and a drive through banking service. The innovative LEED Silver architectural design incorporates low-e glass, a high efficiency mechanical system, a white TPO roof, low VOC products, high efficiency light fixtures, low maintenance landscaping, and balances providing significant natural light while maintaining the proper banking security. CHALLENGES To complete a class A retail banking space on a very small, highly visible site, with an extremely tight budget, while enduring lengthy weather delays.
