Scope Of Work
Completed in 1984, this eleven-story, 315,000 square foot, Class A office building is located at 10th and Meridian Street in downtown Indianapolis. This office building was the first of its kind to be developed at the northern edge of the Central Business District. The development offers the parking convenience of a suburban office building with close proximity to downtown amenities. CHALLENGES To develop a Class A office building in a blighted part of downtown Indianapolis and to attract corporate tenants.
