Scope Of Work
This two phase project, completed in 2008 and 2009 respectively, involved the construction of a new athletic complex located at the south end of the campus. Phase I included an 8 lane, multi-use, “Plexitrac” resilient surface track, a “Pro Grass” soccer/ football field, a new campus entrance off of 30th Street, and stadium lighting. Phase II included the installation of 2,500 bleacher seats, a press box, a VIP reception plaza, and a brick and limestone donor entrance plaza. CHALLENGES To create a world class collegiate athletic complex within the limits of a confined area and budget.
