Scope Of Work
This 45,000 square foot stand-alone building for a private high school in Carmel, Indiana, features 16 classrooms, a two-story atrium, student commons, and administrative offices. It is the second facility of several master-planned for the high school and compliment the existing athletic and performing arts facility. CHALLENGES An extremely tight budget and extraordinary weather conditions posed many challenges to this 10 month project. The Owner wanted to open the school prior to the end of the school year to allow graduating students the opportunity to leave the modular classrooms and enjoy the new facility prior to graduation.
