Scope Of Work
Relocation to underground facilities of existing overhead 66 KV transmission lines
150,000 sq ft of medical offices in three buildings
7,200 sq ft of retail uses in one building
Relocation of Community Bike Trail
PDI SERVICES:
Project Management including land use planning
Entitlement processing through the City of Irvine to obtain General Plan Amendment, Zone Change and Site Plan approval
Direction of architects and consultants in preparation of plans
Management of consultants and SCE to design plans for undergrounding 66kv transmission lines
Coordination of special study consultants and City’s EIR consultant
Prepared a community outreach program including a website and representation of the project at homeowners meetings
