Scope Of Work
Phase 1: Development of 196-Acre undeveloped portion of the site
Phase 2: Development of 48-Acre undeveloped portion of the site
Phase 3: Redevelopment of the 186-Acre campus with 37 buildings
PDI SERVICES:
Project Management of the Design Team including Land Planner, Architect, Civil Engineer, and Landscape Architect.
Coordination with Boeing Management regarding continuing operations on site.
Entitlement processing through the City of Kent, WA.
Processing permit approvals with the Army Corps of Engineers related to wetland issues.
Construction Management of demolition, dewatering, and infrastructure; including roads, signalization, utilities, storm drainage / retention.
