Scope Of Work
The development of 29 high image flex-tech buildings totaling 203,000 square feet on a 12 acre site. The project features mature landscaping and creative outdoor break areas.
PDI SERVICES:
Compiled and analyzed all Due Diligence material
Created critical path schedules for both the entitlement and construction phases of the project
Created a detailed project budget and negotiated pricing with the general contractor
Secured the entitlement for the project through the City of Lake Forest for the site plan approval and tentative map
Represented the Owner at City Planning Commission and City Council Hearings
Managed the consultant team of the architects and engineers
Provided full Construction Management Services for the off-sites, site work, buildings and tenant improvements
Created tenant improvement plans and managed their construction
