Scope Of Work
This state-of-the-art baseball only facility opened to play on April 6, 1992 and is considered to be one of the finest in all of baseball. The $110.0 million facility, designed by Kansas City based Helmuth, Obata & Kassabaum (HOK), was constructed in 33 months under the direction of the Construction Manager, Barton Malow Company. Colasanti played a major role in the construction efforts by performing all construction services required for the structural concrete. These efforts included both the substructure elements, involving the foundations, and the superstructure for the stadium seating areas.
