A vibrant, market-leading, 259-unit luxury residential community in the heart of downtown Lynn. Built on the site of the old Spinney & Caldwell Shoe Factory, Caldwell is a striking 10-story mixed-use building that brings an active, warm, and creative energy to the City of Lynn.
