Scope Of Work
Irregular riverfront site and a structural system that required over 200 timber piles driven an average of 40’ into the earth.
Nestled on a tranquil riverfront parcel in West Lynn, Needham’s Landing was the Procopio Companies’ first foray into Lynn with a ground-up multifamily development. Delivered in the summer of 2017, the project featured 42 units in a mix of studio, one-bed and two-bed types. Fully stabilized within 3 weeks of opening, Needham’s Landingwas sold in the fall of 2017, and at the time, registered the highest per-unit price for a multifamily building in the history of Lynn.
