Scope Of Work
A new four-story, 57-key hotel, with a full-service casino. The 32,330 SF hotel is a Type V, wood-framed building and includes guest rooms, support rooms, hotel lobby, front desk operations, retail shop, and recreation areas. The 30,540 SF casino includes a gaming floor, food and beverage support areas, restaurant, casino lounge, back of house offices, and a commercial kitchen. Site works includes and new parking lot with site utilities. The project is located on an eight-acre site.
