Scope Of Work
New LEED Silver theatre school and performing arts center for DePaul University on the urban residential Lincoln Park Campus in Chicago. Five level steel structure, glass and limestone skin, and green roof. Work includes two theatres (a thrust Shakespearean theatre and a flexible black-box theatre), large scenery fabrication shops visible from the street, rehearsal and movement rooms, lecture hall, sound studio, and offices. Most walls, ceilings and floors are sound rated. All work done in an operating University campus environment.
