Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil constructed a two-story, 47,439 SF medical office building located in the Ladera Corporate Terrace Business Park. W.E. O’Neil was contracted to construct both the core and shell as well as the tenant improvement work for this project. The building consisted of a steel frame with a GFRC panel cladding. The interior work including the construction of individual office suites for the use of the tenants. The project also included extensive site development including a new, fully landscaped parking lot and colored concrete hardscaping. This project achieved a LEED Gold certification upon completion.
