Scope Of Work
The project consists of a 2,400 SF DSA approved classroom building. Type V wood framed and plaster construction. Complete interior tenant improvement build-out with all new fixtures and finishes. The project also includes four post-tension tennis courts, site development, and all equipment. The Tennis court phase of the project was completed for the City of Coronado. Palm Academy is a one classroom high school, which provides an educational environment for at-risk students in the Coronado Unified School District.
