Scope Of Work
This project was a 1,700 sf addition to an existing school and 1,500 sf renovation of existing classrooms, restrooms and removal of choir risers. The mechanical work included new exhaust fans, demo existing gas piping, refurbishing of air handling units and replacement of boilers. Replacement of finishes included 52,000 sf of carpet and exterior improvements such as an outdoor patio, expanded sidewalks, and modifications to utilities.
