Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil provided preconstruction and construction services for this new STEM building on the Cathedral Catholic High School campus. The new 5,000 SF facility consists of a single-story masonry and stucco education building with a flat and clay tile roof. The programming includes STEM Engineering Program classrooms consisting of a 1,500 SF robotic testing workshop, a 1,200 SF robotics lab, a 1,000 SF computer lab, restroom facilities, and a concession stand for the adjacent stadium use. The scope of work also included site landscaping and road improvements. All were complete within an active and operating campus.
