Scope Of Work
The Valley MS Modernization project included the addition of new ADA compliant concrete ramps and stairs, replacement and upgrading of site utilities, power-washing of building and miscellaneous improvements. Interior work includes demolition, upgrade of finishes, construction of partition walls, remodeling of existing bathrooms and kitchens, new finishes in existing classrooms, new HVAC units in multi-purpose room, new door hardware, casework, and new low-voltage systems including fire alarm.
