Scope Of Work
Completed in the fall of 2001, this 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility includes a 450-seat theater, classrooms and photo lab. The complex was a historic replication of the original Armour Estate. The exterior has Ludowici clay tile, inlaid copper gutter system and old world Portland-based stucco finish to blend in with the rest of the school’s campus.
