John Reyhan joined Manhattan Construction Company as President in 2013. With three decades of experience in the construction industry, John has a passion for safety and for building strong teams that achieve the highest standards of building service. Under John’s leadership, Manhattan has established multiple initiatives targeting client support, risk management, employee professional development, and safety program enhancement.

Along with installing proactive and continually evolving safety initiatives, in 2016, Manhattan launched Operation Zero, a core mindfulness program that reinforces Manhattan’s safety culture of the belief that all injuries are preventable and no accident is acceptable.  In 2018, Manhattan won the Associated Builders and Contractor’s (ABC’s) Pinnacle Award, the trade organization’s highest national safety honor. In 2019, Manhattan was named to ABC’s list of top-performing construction companies for achievements in safety, quality and project excellence.

Through expanding the Company’s professional development programs, John has developed a structured career development program providing for team member growth and advancement. From online and in-person educational classes to leadership development to one-on-one coaching, every team member has access to guided professional development opportunities.

John holds a Bachelor of Business  Administration from the University of Illinois. He is a past board member of the American Heart Association, Associated General Contractors of America, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau and Metro Atlanta Chamber.

As vice president of operations, Brian Killion provides executive leadership of field operations for Manhattan’s mid-Atlantic region, which includes some of the company’s largest and most complex projects.  Examples of projects under his guidance include the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) Replacement Project at Fort Detrick Maryland, the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center in Washington D.C., and Defense Intelligence Analysis Center Addition at Bolling Air Force Base. Brian leads Manhattan’s corporate safety committee, which develops and implements the company’s award-winning safety initiatives.

Brian began his career at Manhattan more than three decades ago after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science in engineering technology. He also holds the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contractors Quality Management Certification.

With a background in estimating and business development, Jackie Ryan brings more than 20 years of architecture and construction industry experience.

Natalie Pagano is the director of marketing and communication. She directs branding, internal and external communications, marketing, and public relations for Manhattan.

Skip Eller is Manhattan’s director of education and development. Skip provides employee and leadership development and directs our Manhattan Builders Academy portal, the company’s online learning portal.

Skip holds numerous certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Franklin Covey Certified Trainer, Hogan Assessments Developmental Feedback Certification, EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Inventory Facilitator, and Licensed Korn Ferry Leadership Facilitator. He holds a bachelor of arts in secondary education – history from Drury University and a master of arts in organizational dynamics from the University of Oklahoma.

Skip is an active member of the Tulsa professional development community. He has served two terms as past president and 10 years on the board of directors for the Association for Talent Development Tulsa Chapter. Skip is also a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
