Eileen G. Akerson's Bio
Eileen G. Akerson became KBR's Executive Vice President and General Counsel effective November 1, 2014. Previously, Ms. Akerson served in an operational role as Senior Vice President, Commercial responsible for project commercial management and oversight of the review and approval process for significant transactions and joint venture relationships. Prior to that role, she served as Vice President – Legal & Chief Counsel and was responsible for managing the legal functions for the Hydrocarbons Business Group. She also provided advice and counsel to senior management on company policies affecting ethics and compliance matters. Before joining KBR in 1999, Ms. Akerson worked as an attorney for Spriggs & Hollingsworth in Washington D.C.
Ms. Akerson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Catholic University of America and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Eileen is a member of the bars of Texas, Connecticut and the District of Columbia.
Jenni Myles's Bio
Ms. Myles serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She joined KBR in May 2020.
Ms. Myles brings over 30 years of human resources experience to KBR. She is a trusted leader with a reputation for delivering sustainable business results. Ms. Myles held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-year tenure with G4S, the world's leading integrated security company. She last served as Group HR Director and was a core member of the Group Executive Committee, sharing responsibility for overall business transformation and strategy delivery while establishing a global human resources strategy. This followed several successful years as Chief HR Officer, Americas Region where Ms. Myles directed the people strategy for 135,000 employees in 25 countries. Prior to that role she was G4S's Director of HR & Employee Engagement where she helped shape the global human resources agenda and led execution in emerging markets, while acting as global lead for employee engagement and addressing international labor relations risks. Before her career at G4S, Ms. Myles worked for KPMG, Northern Foods, and Ford Motor Company in various employee relations and human resources management roles.
Ms. Myles holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Mark Sopp's Bio
Mr. Sopp serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He assumed this role when he joined KBR in February 2017.
Mr. Sopp brings many years of financial leadership experience to KBR. From 2005 to 2015, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Leidos Holdings, Inc., previously called Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), which is one of the largest publicly traded government contractors in the U.S., and also has significant technically focused commercial professional services operations, including serving energy markets. Previously, Mr. Sopp served in various executive positions with Titan Corporation, also involved in government contracting and commercial business areas.
Mr. Sopp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University and completed the executive program from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Stuart J. B Bradie's Bio
Mr. Bradie serves as KBR’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He assumed this role when he joined KBR on June 2, 2014. Mr. Bradie also serves as an executive member of KBR’s Board of Directors; he was appointed on July 2, 2014. With over 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Bradie leads KBR from its global headquarters in Houston, Texas and UK office in Leatherhead.
Mr. Bradie joined KBR from WorleyParsons Ltd., where he held the position of Group Managing Director – Operations and Delivery. In that role, he led the group's global operations across more than 40 countries in the hydrocarbons, mining, chemicals, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bradie joined WorleyParsons in 2001 and was previously Managing Director across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Mr. Bradie held Managing Director and Country Manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.
Mr. Bradie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.

Jeff Dealy's Bio
38 years of project management experience with Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) including over sixteen years of Construction Management for Fee experience on Aviation programs. Responsible for establishing the staff, procedures and criteria for managing the Owner’s construction contracts with regards to safety, quality assurance, field engineering, contract administration and coordination, document control, cost controls, estimating and scheduling. Experience also includes 12 years of being a design-build, construction field engineering/constructability liaison with third-party design companies and KBR Engineering on Pulp and Paper projects which also included responsibility for the field engineering, subcontract administration, quality control, document control, cost, scheduling and quantity surveying for direct hire construction contracts.
