Designed and built to preserve the most natural setting • 7,000+ SF wood framed structure with over 40 individual pier footings • Includes 20 individual bedrooms; 3 group rest rooms with handicap-accessible showers; commercial-grade laundry; nurses station; dining room; and commercial-grade warming kitchen including grease trap • Wood-framed porch wraps entire building and front porch is capable of supporting emergency vehicles • Custom features: - Commercial Wet Pipe type fire suppression system - Hot water circulation system (no waiting for hot water) - Stanley automatic vestibule entry - Fully enclosed and heated subfloor - Custom-built manifold rain water drainage system • Materials used include: CertainTeed vinyl siding, asphalt shingles, Georgia-sourced architectural timbers, interior vinyl wall covering, integrated corner guards, custom hand rails, cultured stone counter tops, ceramic wall and quarry floor tile in restrooms, reinforced shower seats for use by heavier residents and Pergo specialty composite flooring in common areas and bedrooms
